I cannot say enough positive things about them!!!

Our experience with Brandt/Mullins Realty could not have been anymore positive. My husband and I are in our 80's and had lived in our home for 35 years. The local Realtor we chose to sell our home initially was with a large firm and a top agent.The whole process was a disaster until we reached the point of walking away from the sale. Mary and Brandt stepped in and provided a totally different experience. Mary spent hours educating me in the current language of a contract so that I could understand what had gone wrong the first time. She explained what her years of experience had taught her about the sale of a home and what was of greatest interest to potential buyers. She wrote a description of our home that captured all of its special qualities beginning with the many advantages of its location...Her son carefully evaluated the market and we discussed the price we would ask for our house. Their firm is located in Greenville...and we live in Spartanburg which concerned me initially. What we found in working with them, was that they always responded to every text, call, email immediately. We put our home back on the market as quickly as possible when we changed realtors. The morning it went on the market, we had buyers scheduled almost every hour that day. We sold our house for full price to the second family who looked at it! Mary walked me through every step of the process and taught me so many things that I didn't have to know...I just wanted to understand for my own sake.
I will forever be grateful. She loves her business...and it brings joy to see the way she and her son work together. I cannot say enough positive things about her/them!!!
